This website is operated by Sowaya Investment Farms Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9149004), with its address at 12 Farm Settlement Road, Ogun State, Nigeria. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Sowaya" mean Sowaya Investment Farms Limited, and "you" means anyone who uses the website or places an order.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these terms are being broken.

Your account

Some features, such as order tracking, may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Products and availability

We produce and supply table eggs and may offer related products. We try to describe and display our products accurately, but product availability, quantities, pricing, collection and delivery arrangements are subject to confirmation by us. Photos are for illustration, and eggs are a natural product, so size and shell colour can vary.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any taxes we are required to charge, unless we say otherwise.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown or confirmed before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Prices can change. The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed when we accept it.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your location. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Delivery, collection and problems with an order

Collection and delivery arrangements, including timing and any delivery charge, are confirmed with you before your order is finalised. Please check your order when you receive it. If anything is damaged, missing or not as described, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to put it right.

Bulk and supply arrangements

Regular or large-volume supply, for example to retailers, restaurants or distributors, may be agreed separately in writing. If a written supply agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to that supply.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, photographs, logo and brand name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you must not copy, resell or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to supply safe, good-quality products and to keep the website accurate and available. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited, including your rights regarding goods that are unsafe or not as described. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road or fuel disruption, power or network failure, or disease control measures.

The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us will be subject to the courts of Nigeria.
